The Happiest Birthday

I took a forced hiatus yesterday only due to the fact that my morning was spent replying to the gazillion Happy Birthday wishes from family and friends. Thank you again everyone for making my birthday bright!

As far as birthdays go yesterday was top notch. I swear they get better every year. I spent the day enjoying the warm fuzzies from everyone and then home to my kids after work. We went out to Caffe Demetre for dessert. It was delicious! But far too much sweet stuff. I had had a piece of rich chocolate cheese cake earlier in the day at work and then to have a crepe loaded with chocolate and icecream was more than my tummy could handle. LOL! Ah well Birthdays come but once a year. Might as well enjoy it to the fullest!!

Tonight its back to the normal routine and off to our friends for dinner and a movie. Tomorrows the kick off party for my yearly writing marathon better known as NaNoWriMo. It will be a great evening Im sure!

For now however (as my dear Uncle just reminded me…) I should get my act in gear and get some work done around the office.
