Blogging From A to Z — ‘Energy’
April 6, 2013
Definition: Exertion of vigor or power.
Hit. A. Wall.
Yesterday was one of my more energyless (yes I just made that word up) days. As any mother knows there more than one day where we hit the wall and have no bounce left to keep rolling.
Truthfully most people hit that wall. Most mothers just have learned to talk about it more. We find comfort in knowing that the energy drain is normal and in talking with other moms we realize that it will one day be easier.
What do you do when you hit a wall and have no energy left?

when i hit a wall, i stop and take a break. but it depends. if something cannot be stopped, absolutely must be done (like take care of kids) I think of what i can do to relax or renergize when i get done… glass of wine & a book or tv show, or just sleep! looking forward to that gets me thru.
hears to finding renewed energy!
That’s a great way to get through it…a reward at the end for surviving! 🙂
On “energyless” days, I sleep a lot. Perhaps to conserve the little energy I’ve got. (OH, that rhymes, without trying)

Sometimes I nap. Sometimes I want to cry but I don’t. Today, I decided to sit and read blogs :oD I may not have energy to clean, but I can sit and read and type.
