Blogging From A to Z — ‘Make Up’

April 14, 2013

a-to-z-letters-m

Definition: To make something up to someone.

I apologize to those of you who have been following my blog since the beginning of April and have noticed I seem to have skipped over I, J & K.  I have been going through a bit of a rough end of the week last week and came up short missing the last three days.  I apologize but I will ensure I dont miss another post 🙂

Do you ever start out working on something and find yourself getting derailed? What do you do to make yourself back on track?

Don’t worry. Duct tape will fix the situation. Or so I’m told.

I got a couple of letters mixed up, and I’ve been a bit slow. And I get derailed, too. Often. I just pick up what I can, when I can, and keep going. Backtracking to pick up missed stuff is low on my “Too Due” list, but I get to it when I can. Usually there are more important things.

Nobody shot me or turned me into a Bear rug last week, with my mistakes and all. Bloggers that I have met aren’t like that. I think you’re pretty safe.

I hope this is a better week.

    Blessings and Bear hugs!

I’ve found your blog thanks to the A to Z Challenge, and am enjoying it immensely, missing letters or not! Blogging daily is a real challenge when life gets hectic…kudos if I, J, and K were the only things you had to push aside! Anyway, in order to help some of my readers find you as well, I’ve nominated you for a Liebster award in my post at http://thingsiseeandknow.wordpress.com/2013/04/13/liebster-2-0/ You are free to accept or not (it is a little time-consuming in an already busy world), I just wanted my little corner of the world to know what has caught my eye lately. ☺

I’m kind of the same way a lot of the times. To get back on track, I guess I just have to lay some new tracks. Forget where the train wants to take me — I’d rather go my own way.

    Keep writing.

You fellow A to Z Challenger. Cheers.

I try to focus .. yeah, right, here I am blogging while I should be writing. 🙂 But it’s a good question, one I don’t have a very good answer to … yet.
    Great being here.

Hi Allison ~ We all get side-tracked or derailed once in a while. So, the best thing to do is exactly what you did: acknowledge it and pick up and go with what’s next. I’m not doing the A-Z Challenge this year, but have been following my friends and a few others whose blog titles sounded interesting. I’m glad I found you.

    Thanks,
    xoA

This is my first visit, so I’ll just say, welcome back and no worries. It’s a personal challenge and just for fun. Better to come back at M then to just quite.
