Blogging From A to Z — ‘Over’

April 16, 2013

a-to-z-letters-oDefinition: As in Done.

It is exactly 12:44am as I write this post and for me my day is finally over. Generally speaking I run pretty much nonstop from 715 am to 12 or 1 am.

I am awake around 715 and generally start checking emails and responding to things that may have happened during the night. My feet havent hit the floor and Im already working. Not entirely sure if this is a good thing or not but its the way I roll at the moment.

815am Im out the door after sending my lovely ladies scurrying for their respective school yards.

915am I have dropped off the husband and have made it to store number one. Im only there for a quick stop before I head to store two for the morning.

2pm Im done with store two and back over at one for the rest of the day.

6pm Home after picking the hubby up from work. Dinner, family time or kids activities depending on day.

830 Trying wrangle my lovely ladies into bed

9pm I have to finish the stores paperwork, promo work for my books and blog posts.

12-1am Im headed to bed finally. Tonight (today) Im a bit later finishing up the work as there seem to have been a bit of a back log and some seriously silly ladies to try and get into bed.

With that all said and done I bid you good night (or good morning when you read this!).

How does your day run? Do you have a tight schedule or easy and relaxed?

When raising my two kids I remember those long, long days. They have slowed down now but boy do I feel for you. How in the world do you have time to blog?

Over and done? Never! Always on the go – a bit of Organisation always helps me, though yours sounds hectic! Over only when you hit the sack and then it’s dream time. For me this is a busy time as well.

up at 6am everyday getting two girls ready for school, work, gym, work, home, collect kids, supper, clean, cook, supper, homework, play, bath, bed. Its exhausting but I wouldn’t have my life any other way. (Perhaps less works in the afternoons)

Even though I’m retired, I have a very busy life and schedule. I’m a life coach, speaker, and writer. There’s always a deadline. And there are folks to coach — some are even paying clients. I love connecting with friends and frequently meet up for coffee or lunch. Once in awhile I have an afternoon of down time, and that feels great.

Best wishes to you as you race through your very busy days and evenings.

I thought life would slow down after retirement from my teaching life. I guess it is slower in a way, but mostly just a different schedule. Hope you get that nap in someday soon!

I’m in college right now, but to get all my work done, I should be working 24/7. Instead, I’ve decided that procrastination is better. I honestly don’t know how you parents do it. It must take a lot to work from 7am-midnight. Running on seven hours of sleep, if that, is ridiculously hard.

I don’t actually have a set schedule. Honestly, I just stick in projects whenever I have time. I probably should get on a schedule since it’d make my life easier…

Parents are magic. Plain and simple. LOL… and yes a highly organized schedule makes a bunch of things easier.
